ABOUT

MobiVAT Tax administration is a suit of applications designed to handle the entire VAT collection process from beginning to end.

Who we are

The ability to collect taxes is central to a country’s capacity to finance social services such as health and education, critical infrastructure such as electricity and roads, and other public goods. All national treasuries around the globe are indiscriminately being assaulted by criminals and face many challenges in the massive task of tax collection.
With audacity and good projects, add a pinch of visionary culture, a fair dose of innovation, sprinkle the lot with multidisciplinary technical expertise and you get MobiVAT, the World leader in integration and tax collection solutions.
We praise disruptive innovation in tax matters: seeing things that we want to be better and making them better. Agile, open and committed, at MobiVAT we love to be one step ahead to keep our position on the podium of major players in the digital world.

What we do

MobiSplit VatGateway is designed to automatically extract taxes rather than leave the payment of taxes to the voluntary choice and morality of taxpayers!!!
By and large, taxpayers of all countries do not want to pay taxes unless compelled by a situation where they are left with no option other than to pay the taxes The VAT amount element is detached from the buyer’s payment and is remitted electronically to the tax revenue authority from the buyers’ bank account.
In doing so VAT never reaches the account of the merchant Use of MobiVAT could represent a potentially important tax administration initiative, aimed at improving VAT compliance by transmitting transaction records directly to the Tax Revenue Authority in real time.

MobiVAT enable Revenue authorities to monitor formal business transactions and thus offer the potential to improve VAT compliance. MobiSplit VatGateway comprises of a Certified Billing System (CBS) which can be any electronic device or software used for issuing invoices that has obtained Authority approval of meeting certification criteria and Sales Data Controller (SDC) which is a receipt processing unit designed to apply special electronic signature to each invoice making it verifiable by Tax Revenue Authority.
MobiSplit VatGateway records every transaction and then ensures that electronic signature on the receipt is printed. The signature is verifiable by Tax Revenue Authority officers using a special decryption tool which is unique for every installed certified billing software, therefore any falsification of the signature can be immediately detected.
